We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, our support team will be in touch with you through emails or tickets. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you, and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

The delivery time differs from product to product, which is based on the in-stock availability or made-to-order, and your delivery location. Moreover, please refer to the product details tab on individual product pages for estimated delivery timelines.

To check the current status of your product, login to the Sleepowell Account and go to My Orders to see the current delivery status of your products.

Raise a ticket for that order and easily change your delivery address with the help of our support team. Within 24 hours of placing of order.

If you’re not able to check your order status or tracking, kindly raise a ticket or contact our support team.

The key reasons for delivery variation are: Non-availability of items in stock, and Products from different vendors. In the case of products from different vendors, the promised delivery dates vary from one item to the other.

As one seller will dispatch it by today and another may dispatch it after two days, as per availability. So, this way, the promised Delivery date varies from one item to the other.

Unlike other marketplaces, Sleepowell does in-house manufacturing with a stringent quality check process. So, in the entire process, some delay may happen at various stages of production and the supply chain. We are trying our best to minimize all the possible reasons for delay.

Yes, Sleepowell gives free home delivery in all the major cities across India. However, in case, if we don’t deliver to your location, kindly get in touch with our support team. In a few particular locations where logistics costs are higher, Sleepowell may charge a bit extra, which is a nominal amount for delivery and installation.

Yes, we do deliver products to apartments. But, in the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges are applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s doorstep (on request) in such cases. Also, in cases where extra manpower and equipment are required to take goods to the customer's floor, extra charges may be applicable.

Before our product is dispatched from the local DC, our delivery executive will call you to schedule your delivery. In case you want delivery later than the date specified, you can request the delivery executive to reschedule the delivery of your order.

For this, you need to check the vendor associated with the product. If the product is from Sleepowell, you can request the same as one delivery, and invariably it will be shipped as one delivery, until and unless the items are in separate warehouses.

On the other hand, if the products are from different vendors, you can’t get all the products in one single delivery. As one seller will dispatch it by today and another may dispatch it after two days, as per his availability. So, you'll be receiving both packages on different dates.

If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID or will be asked to connect with the delivery agent by phone.

As part of our company policy, we do not share the contact numbers of our delivery agents. However, please be assured that our representatives will contact you if they face any difficulty in locating your address.

At Sleepowell, you can shop with any of the following options:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Cards. A debit card with a major bank.
  • Credit Card EMIs (Kotak, SBI, Axis, ICICI, HDFC, Citibank)
  • Wallets (Amazon Pay, UPI, etc.)
  • The EMI Facility is available for all Axis, HDFC, HSBC, ICICI, IndusInd, Kotak, and Standard Chartered cardholders. The current EMI facility is available for 3, 6, 9, and 12-month installments.
  • We also provide a No-Cost EMI option, which is provided uniformly on a minimum order or cart value of Rs. 10,000 and is available for a 3-month tenure only.

Sleepowell never requests customers to share any of their details over email or phone.

  1. During an online transaction, you will be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction gets completed, you will be redirected to a Sleepowell page with your order details, which you can keep a copy of.
  2. Also, please be informed to never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

Yes, it is completely safe to use a credit card, debit card, or net banking while shopping with Sleepowell.

In case of online transactions:

  1. For Credit Cards, we suggest that you keep your card, which has the details of the cardholder's name, number, CVV, and expiry date. Apart from this, you also need to have your 3D Secure password / OAC.
  2. For Debit Cards, we suggest that you keep your card, which has the details of the cardholder's name, number, CVV, and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D Secure authorization. So, in that case, keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
  3. For net banking, you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

Yes, we offer cash on delivery (up to 75% Product amount ) on delivery as a payment option.

You can download the GST invoice once your order has been shipped by logging into your account.

Yes, the billing name or shipping name in an invoice can be changed by raising a request in your help desk center.

Click on the signup link, present at the top right corner of our Sleepowell. This will show a pop-up menu where you can register in either of the following ways to get on board.

  1. Manual form filling: You can manually fill up the form to register yourself by filling in the general details.
  2. Sign up with Facebook: You can also sign up through your Facebook account by clicking on “or continue with Facebook”, presented at the bottom of the pop-up menu.
  3. Sign up through Gmail: You can also sign up through your Gmail account by clicking on “or continue with Gmail”, presented at the bottom of the pop-up menu.
